Strand Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 20-storey, mixed-use building, on this site, consisting of:
- 14,500 sq.ft. (1,347.1 m²) of retail at grade
- 6,500 sq.ft. (603.9 m²) cultural amenity space
- 328 secured market rental residential units
- A proposed a floor space of 2.33 FSR
- A building height of 203.1 sq.ft. (61.9 m)
- Two and half levels of underground vehicle and bicycle parking
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
