Strand Development has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a five-storey apartment building, consisting of:
- 124 secured market rental units
- A proposed FSR of 2.4 (6,934 m² / 74,635 sq.ft.)
- A proposed height of 17.8 m / 58.4 ft.
- One level of underground parking with vehicular access off the lane
The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
