Peterson Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

  • A six-storey residential building, containing 80 social housing units
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.10
  • A gross floor area of 7,814 m² (84,108 sq.ft.)
  • A building height of 21.5 m (70.5 ft.)
  • 29 vehicle parking spaces and 174 bicycle parking spaces

This application is being processed concurrently with 5392-5472 Manson St.

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning(External link), the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
