Gud Group Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a six-storey, multiple dwelling building containing 22 dwelling units, consisting of:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 2.41 (22,835 square feet)
  • A proposed height of approximately 66.3 feet to top of parapet at roof level
  • A proposed height of approximately 74.1 feet to top of interior amenity lobby at roof level
  • One level of underground parking providing 21 parking spaces, having vehicular access from south neighbouring property and one level of underground storages and mechanical room

Subject to council enactment of the proposed rezoning from RT-2 zoning to CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
