Architectural Collective Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a four-storey apartment building containing a total of 27 dwelling units, developed as secured market rental, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 44.7 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 2.0 (approximately 24, 850 sq. ft.)
- 18 parking spaces underground, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-9A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
