The Director of Planning approved the application on August 15, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"



CMP Development Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, three multiple dwelling buildings containing a total of 20 dwelling units, with:

  • A proposed height of 10.9 m (36 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.20 (approximately 2,335 m² / 25,134 sq. ft.)
  • One level of underground parking providing 21 parking spaces, having vehicular access from the rear lane

Under the site’s existing RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
