The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on August 29, 2025.


Rize Alliance Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop two 18-storey rental residential buildings, containing 280 market rental and 71 below market rental housing.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Building heights of 189 ft. 4.5 in. and 188 ft. 4.5 in.
  • Total FSR of 6.27
  • Three levels of underground parking with vehicular access form the rare lane

This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
