Rize Alliance Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop two 18-storey rental residential buildings, containing 280 market rental and 71 below market rental housing.
The proposal includes the following:
Building heights of 189 ft. 4.5 in. and 188 ft. 4.5 in.
Total FSR of 6.27
Three levels of underground parking with vehicular access form the rare lane
This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
