The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on December 2, 2024.

GLR Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform exterior alterations and a change of use from a vacant lot to an off-leash dog park, including new chain-link and cedar fencing, consisting of:

• A site area of approximately 4,030.0 sq. ft.
• Hours of operation:
  • 7 am to 10 pm, Monday through Saturday
  • 10 am to 10 pm, Sundays

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
