Singh Development LTD. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a Duplex with two Secondary Suites (Building 1) and a Single Detached House (Building 2) at the rear, for a total of three dwelling units, consisting of:
Duplex (Building 1)
- A total height of approximately 34.44 ft.
- A total floor space ratio of 0.66 (approximately 3,330.62 sq.ft.)
Single Detach house (Building 2)
- A total height of approximately 24.30 ft.
- A total floor space ratio of 0.17 (approximately 867.43 sq.ft.)
- Three parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane.
Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
