Space Smart Home Design Ltd., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a duplex (building 1), in combination with a single detached house (building 2) in rear yard with an attached garage and an open parking space, consisting of:
A proposed height of approximately 34.75 ft. (Building 1), 24.5 ft. (Building 2)
A proposed floor space ratio of 0.85 (approximately 4,157.25 sq. ft.)
Three parking spaces all having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
