Acton Ostry Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new two-storey plus cellar Institutional (School – Elementary and Secondary) building at the northwest corner of the site, consisting of:
- A total proposed Floor Space Ratio from 0.84 to 0.91 (approximately 23,957 m²) for the site
- A proposed height of approximately 8.73 m (28.6 ft)
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
