The Director of Planning approved the application on November 28, 2025, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


South Seas Development Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 16-unit townhouse, all over one level of underground parking consisting of:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.03 (approximately 16,632 sq.ft.)
  • A proposed height of approximately 57.9 ft.
  • 14 vehicle parking spaces, having access from the lane

This development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on April 9, 2024, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development and decision of the Director of Planning.
