  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.4 for the site
  • A proposed floor area of approximately 57,856.3 sq. ft./ 5,375.0 m²
  • A proposed height of 68.9 ft./ 21 m
  • Two levels of underground parking, with vehicular access from lane

Under the site’s proposed RR-3B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
