The Director of Planning approved the application on June 19, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Please note the postcard mailed out on February 28, 2023 noted the incorrect number of bike spaces.

DA Architects + Planners has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Two 18-storey residential buildings, including a six-storey podium
  • A total of 404 residential rental units
  • A maximum building height of 56 m from grade
  • A total floor area of 27,220 m² (292,993 sq.ft.)
  • Three levels of underground parking with 198 vehicle parking spaces accessed from the laneway
  • 778 bike parking spaces

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
