Revised application (October 1, 2025):
The applicant has submitted a revised proposal. The proposed changes are to replace 30% of the dwelling units to be occupied by households with incomes below housing income limits (HILs) with 100% of the units at market rents.
Previous application (July 18, 2025):
The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend CD-1 (839) to permit a change in the residential affordability and to increase the density. The changes include:
Replacing 30% of the dwelling units to be occupied by households with incomes below housing income limits (HILs) with 20% of the residential floor area for below-market rental units. This generates a total of 51 rental units with 20% of the residential floor area for below-market rental units; and
An increase in the floor space ratio (FSR) from 3.49 to 3.5.
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
