The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 19-storey mixed-use building with a four-storey podium and includes:

  • 184 secured rental units with 20% of the floor area secured for below market rental units (approximately 37 units);
  • Commercial space on the ground floor;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 5.74;
  • A building height of 58.4 m (192 ft.) with additional height for rooftop amenity space; and
  • 92 vehicle parking spaces and 352 bicycle spaces.

This application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
