Polygon Elysee Homes Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a 31-storey, plus amenity, mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:

  • Retail at grade
  • General Office use from levels 2 to 4
  • 185 Dwelling units from levels 6 to 31
  • A proposed height of 312 ft. (95 m)
  • A proposed floor area of 282,074 sq.ft. (26,205 m²)
  • Five levels of below grade parking, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
