  • A proposed FSR of 2.40 (82,345 sq.ft.)
  • A proposed height of 19.41 m (63.7 ft.)
  • One level of underground parking, providing 76 parking spaces having vehicular access from lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing of July 11, 2023. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
