Third Space Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a four-storey plus a rooftop amenity level mixed-use building, consisting of:
- Retail use at grade
- A total of 65 secured market rental units
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.31 for the site
- A proposed floor area of approximately 55,721.7 sq. ft./ 5,176.7 m²
- A proposed height of 56.96 ft./ 17.36 m
- Two levels of underground parking, with vehicular access from lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
