The Director of Planning approved the application on October 29, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- Six stacked townhouse buildings, containing 40 dwelling units
- A proposed height of approximately 37.5 ft.
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.2 (approximately 36,067 sq. ft.)
- 62 parking spaces located underground, having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
