Generation Cannabis has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for alterations and change of use from Small-Scale Pharmacy to a Cannabis Retail Store, at the above-noted address, consisting of:
- Proposed relocation from 719 East Broadway
- Approximately 1,300.0 sq. ft.
- Proposed hours of operation:
- 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week
Under the site’s existing C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
