Mallen Gowing Berzins Architecture Inc., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations to renovate this existing two-storey Restaurant Class-1, consisting of:

  • A proposed increase in Floor Space Ratio from 0.56 (approx. 11,617.15 sq. ft.) to 0.63 (approx. 13,137.15 sq. ft.)
  • Add solarium and floor to north side deck area
  • New glass guardrails with height extension
  • New entry feature

Under the site’s existing FCCDD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
