604 W Broadway, Unit 200 (DP-2025-00339) development application

RIE Construction Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations, and a change of use from Office to a new Child Daycare Facility for 50 children (30 months to 5 years old), in the existing commercial building, consisting of:

• A floor area of approximately 3,900.0 sq. ft.
• Hours of operation: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
