Maple Building Design Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Retail to a Health Care Office on this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:
- A floor area of approximately 3,950 sq. ft.
- Hours of operation: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- A total of seven parking spaces (11 required), having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
