The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 21, 2022.


Winston Chong Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-storey plus cellar, one-family dwelling with an attached two car accessory building (garage), providing two parking spaces, having vehicular access from Collingwood Place

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
