The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on February 10, 2023.

DAE Design Architecture Everyday Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter the existing two-storey, two-family dwelling character house by converting it to a five unit Multiple Conversion Dwelling
  • Develop a two-storey, one-family infill dwelling providing two garage parking spaces and three surface parking spaces
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.84 for the site (approximately 7,001.00 sq. ft.), (ie. 0.60 FSR for the existing house and 0.16 FSR for the infill house)
  • Proposed building heights of approximately:
    • Existing house 26.83 ft.
    • Infill house 25.18 ft.

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
