The City of Vancouver has received a request for permission to develop this site with a new accessory building (public washroom) at the northwest corner of the site, consisting of :

  • Two universal accessible washrooms and two single user washrooms
  • A proposed floor area of approximately 57.3 m²
  • A proposed height of approximately 15.42 ft (4.7 m)

Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
