Revised Application (April 2026)

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-8A (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 6-storey mixed-use building and includes:

  • 30 rental units with 20% of the floor area as below-market units;
  • Childcare space on the ground floor and within the mezzanine level;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.4; and
  • A building height of 21 m (70 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan and Transit-Oriented Areas Rezoning Policy.
