The Director of Planning approved the application on February 26, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


W. T. Leung Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop three three-storey townhouses, containing a total of fifteen (15) strata dwelling units on this site:

  • A total height of approximately 37.7 ft. for Building A, 37.7 ft. for Building B, and 33.1 ft. for Building C
  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 1.2 (approximately 20,000 sq. ft.)
  • 25 parking spaces all in underground parking level, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s pending RM-8AN zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
