Peter Rose Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a two-storey with basement single detached house, consisting of:
- An attached garage at the front and detached garage at the rear
- Providing four parking spaces having vehicular access from the street
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, (formerly RS-5) the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
