The Director of Planning approved the application on February 6, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Peter Rose Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a two-storey with basement single detached house, consisting of:

  • An attached garage at the front and detached garage at the rear
  • Providing four parking spaces having vehicular access from the street

Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, (formerly RS-5) the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
