Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new three-storey multiple dwelling building, consisting of:

  • A total of nine dwelling units
  • Proposed building heights:
    • Front Building 10.8 m (approximately 35.4 ft.)
    • Rear Building 9.8 m (approximately 32.2 ft.)
  • A Floor Space Ratio of 1.2 (approximately 9,931 sq.ft.)
  • One level of underground parking, having access from the lane

Under the site’s pending RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
