Scott Posno Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a two-storey plus basement, one-family dwelling with a secondary suite located in the basement with an at-grade parking pad at the rear, providing two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
