Ankenman Marchand Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop two multiple dwelling buildings, including a three-storey row house (four units) in the front and a three-storey stacked-townhouse (eight units) in the rear, having:

  • A total of 12 market dwelling units
  • Approximate total site Floor Space Ratio of 1.20 (1,015 m² /10,924 sq. ft.)
  • Approximate overall building height of 10.21 m (33.50 ft.) front-facing Ash Street, and 9.33 m (30.63 ft.) facing rear lane
  • One level of underground parking (10 stalls) having vehicular access from the rear lane

Under the site’s existing RM-8A zone, this application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
