Smithcraft Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
- A new two-storey Child Care Facility for a maximum of 52 children for the site
- A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.60 for the site (approximately 4,500 sq. ft.)
- Hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
