Swami Holdings Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use residential building, with one level of retail and five levels of residential, consisting of:
- A total of 28 secured market rental dwelling units
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.50 (approximately 23,851 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 69.0 ft
- 11 vehicle parking spaces, having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
