An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on November 21, 2023 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning. A Development Permit was issued on February 27, 2024.
Michael Lemon Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop an addition to a previously approved multiple dwelling building (DP-2021-00083), consisting of:
- A Floor Space Ratio of 1.33 (approximately 5,354 sq. ft.)
- An increase in dwelling units from three to four
Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
