644 Woodland Dr (DP-2023-00198) development application

The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on July 5, 2023, and was refused.  It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.


Michael Lemon Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop an addition to a previously approved multiple dwelling building (DP-2021-00083), consisting of:

  • A Floor Space Ratio of 1.33 (approximately 5,354 sq. ft.)
  • An increase in dwelling units from three to four

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
