The Director of Planning approved the application on July 30, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Belford Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop six multiple dwelling buildings, consisting of:
- A total of 30 dwelling units
- A maximum proposed Height of 12.2 m (40.1 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.2
- All over one level of underground parking
Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
