The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn by the applicant on July 8, 2024.


Alka Pool Construction has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add an outdoor pool and legalize the buildings (barn, greenhouse and storage shed) on this site, consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately 13 ft. for the Barn, 10 ft. for the Greenhouse and 10 ft. for the Storage Shed
  • A total floor area of approximately 200 sq. ft. for the Barn, 83 sq. ft. for the Greenhouse and 90 sq. ft. for the Storage Shed

Under the site’s existing RA-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
