650 W 41st Ave (Oakridge) Text amendment

The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend CD-1(1) (Comprehensive Development) District. The amendment includes:

• The removal of vehicle parking minimums;
• The removal of a shared e-bike fleet and the requirement for +300 Class A bikes;
• The revision of the residential green mobility incentives to be per dwelling unit instead of per user;
• The reduction of provisions for private and public car share; and
• The reduction of unbundled parking.

The application is being considered under the policy framework of the Issues Report on Intensification of Large Sites to include Moderate Income Rental Housing and the Cambie Corridor Plan.
