The City of Vancouver has received an application for permission to alter and convert this existing character house to a four-unit Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1), and to develop a three-storey Infill Multiple dwelling (Building 2) containing six dwelling units on the rear portion of the site, consisting of:
A total height of approximately 39.9 ft. for Building 1, and 35.1 ft. for Building 2
A total Floor Space Ratio of 1.45 (approximately 8,750 sq. ft.)
Two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
