The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on March 3, 2025, and was refused. It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.

Flash Health Technologies Inc., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations and change of use to a Small- Scale Pharmacy, consisting of:

• Proposed hours of operation: 8 am to 5 pm, daily
• Approximately 1,084.0 sq. ft.
• Prescription medication dispensing, over-the-counter medications, health consultations, and wellness programs

Under the site’s existing CD-1(735) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
