An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on July 15, 2025 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning.  A Development Permit was issued on September 12, 2025.


Flash Health Technologies Inc., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations and change of use to a Small- Scale Pharmacy, consisting of:

  • Proposed hours of operation: 8 am to 5 pm, daily
  • Approximately 1,084.0 sq. ft.
  • Prescription medication dispensing, over-the-counter medications, health consultations, and wellness programs

Under the site’s existing CD-1(735) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
