Andrew Cheung Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey mixed-use building with retail on the 1st floor and residential on the 2nd floor containing a total of two dwelling units, with:
- A proposed height of approximately 10 m (32.92 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 1.32 (439.65 m² / 4,732.37 sq.ft.)
- Providing one Class A loading space having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
