6825 West Boulevard (DP-2020-00915) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on April 12, 2021, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Coordinator directly at bryce.casidy@vancouver.ca 


Formwerks has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A conversion of the existing Heritage A home to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two units and two lock-off units and four infill buildings for a total of 10 units
  • Heights of 12.4 m (40.8 ft.), 7.4 m (24.2 ft.), 10.1 m (33.2 ft.), 9.5 m (31.1 ft.), and 9,5 m (31.1 ft.)
  • A total floor space ratio of 0.6 (1,591 m² / 17,131 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
