The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on August 7, 2026, 


Renocon Design Center has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide interior alterations and to add a Beauty and Wellness Centre in this existing fitness centre on the second floor of this existing building, consisting of:

  • Enclosed Sauna adding a Floor area of 187 sq.ft. at deck North elevation
  • Two cold tubs at deck North elevation
  • Proposed hours of operation: 6:30 am to 9:00 pm, seven days a week

Under the site’s existing RM-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
