This appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on April 20, 2020 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning.  A Development Permit was issued on May 21, 2021.


DOS Design Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and a change of use to Retail Cannabis Store, including:

  • Change of use of approximately 1,260 sq. ft.
  • Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 9 am – 11 pm

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
