Retail uses at grade and 131 secured market rental units above
A proposed height of 19.8 m (65 ft.)
A Floor Space Ratio of 3.55 (8,922 m² / 102,499 sq. ft.)
Loading to be located at the rear of the building with access from the lane
One level of underground parking
The rezoning application was approved by City Council at Public Hearing on May 9, 2023. Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
