A floor space ratio of 1.2 (approximately 29,981 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of approximately 37.5 ft.

Under the site’s pending RM-8AN zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
