PSquare Engineering and Construction Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, a three-storey multiple dwelling building with seven dwelling units all over one level of underground parking providing seven parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane consisting of:

  • A proposed height of 11.5 m (37.7 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.2 (approximately 178.9 m² / 7738.6 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s proposed RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
