- To develop a certified passive single detached house with attached two-car garage
- To develop lavender harvesting and oil distilling operation housed in a one-storey accessory building
- Two-car garage having vehicular access from the Balaclava Street
Under the site’s existing RA-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
