Soheil Khosravi Kermani Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, multiple dwelling building with 94 secured market rental units, consisting of:

• A proposed height of 19.5 m (64 ft.)
• A Floor Space Ratio of 3.0 (5,223 m² / 56,222 sq. ft.)
• Underground parking accessed from the rear lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council on May 19, 2026, following Public Hearing. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
